RETURNS and REFUNDS

However, in the unlikely event that the goods you receive are damaged/faulty in any way, or if they are not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.
We strictly offer no refunds or exchanges on any non-faulty items, due to hygiene and health and safety reasons.
We offer exchange of your product within 7 days of purchase if you have received an incorrect or damaged product. Please let us know by sending us a message within the contact us page or email directly to email@example.com. To ensure prompt resolution, please provide your order number and details of your issues.
Exchanges and Refunds are usually processed within 7 working days. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your exchange items to be delivered back to your shipping address.
